We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Monohour product, you may return it in accordance with the terms below.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging.

Conditions of Return

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

The product must be returned with all original packaging, labels and accessories.

Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.

The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, damaged, altered or is not returned in its original condition.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and photographs of the issue where applicable.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original standard delivery charges may be refundable where required by applicable consumer law. Return postage costs are normally the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
